EASEMENT SEWER REHABILITATION PROGRAM – PHASE II BLOOMFIELD, CT

The Metropolitan District is seeking contractors to rehabilitate approximately 46,000 linear feet of sewer infrastructure in Bloomfield, CT. The scope includes trenchless cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP) lining, CCTV inspections, heavy hydraulic cleaning, manhole lining, frame and cover replacement, and reconnection of active service laterals. This is a comprehensive trenchless rehabilitation effort requiring specialized equipment, trained personnel, and coordination with municipal utilities. • Approx. 45,998 LF of CIPP lining for sewer main rehabilitation • CCTV inspection of the same length prior to work • 4,500 LF heavy hydraulic cleaning and 1,850 VF manhole monolithic cementitious lining • Replacement of 20 manhole frames/covers and repair of 12 manhole inverts • Reconnection of 8 active service laterals and top hats • All labor, equipment, permits, fees, and related costs included in the bid.
