Budget estimate

$2,800,000 – $4,200,000

The budget for this opportunity can be estimated based on the cost of leasing 28,000 square feet of medical space. The average cost per square foot for medical office space in Syracuse, NY is around $20-30 per square foot. Therefore, the total cost for the 28,000 square feet would be approximately $560,000 to $840,000 per year. Since the initial lease term is five years, the total budget would be around $2,800,000 to $4,200,000. However, this is just an estimate and the actual budget may vary based on various factors such as the location, amenities, and condition of the space.
