Notice of Intent For NotaMesh Screens

The Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC)-Acquisition Center intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for NotaMesh Screens, which are essential for producing screen plates for printing United States currency at the Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP). The NotaMesh Screens are proprietary and can only be acquired from Koenig & Bauer (K&B) Banknote Solutions. • The contract is for the Western Currency facility located in Fort Worth, TX. • The NotaMesh Screens are necessary for printing U.S. currency. • The Government intends to award a sole source contract to K&B in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(b). • Interested sources must be registered and currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM).
