• Scope includes preventive maintenance, annual & category testing, emergency response (1‑hour response for entrapments/life‑safety, 2‑hour for out‑of‑service), repairs, parts, and documentation.
• Must comply with Texas Health & Safety Code, ASME A17.1, ADA, OSHA, NFPA, and local codes.
• Contractor must maintain required licenses, insurance (minimum $1 M general liability, $1 M workers’ comp, $1 M automobile), and provide a single point of contact.
