• Operate and staff a small health‑center (reception, three exam rooms, office, storage) delivering routine exams, urgent care, immunizations, and sports‑medicine services. • Recruit, train, and supervise all health‑center personnel; provide workers’ comp, benefits, and maintain required professional licenses. • Manage utilities, waste disposal, safety compliance, insurance (minimum $1 M liability, $5 M excess), and submit regular financial and performance reports. • Provide a $100 k bid bond and a $100 k performance bond; maintain high‑limit insurance and a drug‑free workplace policy. • Submit a transition plan to be fully operational by July 1 2025 and adhere to E‑Verify/SAVE employment verification.
