RFP for Provider Data Management services

MetroPlus Health Plan seeks a comprehensive Provider Data Management (PDM) solution to manage the full lifecycle of provider information across its multiple lines of business, including network management, credentialing, contracting, claims administration, provider directories, regulatory reporting, and compliance activities. The vendor must deliver a production‑ready platform, perform data migration and conversion, develop integrations with MetroPlus systems, provide extensive testing, support go‑live and hyper‑care, and supply ongoing maintenance, reporting, and analytics. The contract is for three years with two optional one‑year renewals. • Deliver a SaaS/hosted PDM platform (licensing, configuration, security, audit trails) • Perform data intake, cleansing, bulk remediation, and lineage tracking for >600,000 lives’ provider data • Build APIs/file interfaces to claims, credentialing, directory, and analytics systems; provide reporting for NY State Provider Network Data System compliance • Execute full migration, testing (unit to user‑acceptance), go‑live rollout, and 30‑day hyper‑care support • Provide 3‑year support & maintenance, with optional yearly extensions, including SLA‑based incident management and continuous improvement
