27025 Perishable Foods for Warehouse Delivery

Tulsa Public Schools seeks proposals from qualified vendors to supply a full range of perishable food products—including meats, seafood, dairy, produce, soups, salads, sandwiches, cereals, snacks, beverages, and related items—to its central warehouse for distribution to district schools. Deliveries must be made daily between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the designated warehouse address. Vendors must be capable of providing consistent volume, meet food safety standards, and adhere to the specified delivery schedule. • Supply of assorted perishable foods covering all major food categories for school nutrition programs. • Daily deliveries to the TPS Warehouse, 1555 N. 77th E Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74115, within a fixed 6 a.m.–2 p.m. window. • Requirement to meet Child Nutrition Program nutritional guidelines and USDA food safety regulations.
