Lube Body Upfit for Ford F-550 Service Truck for the Department of Public Works

The City of Indianapolis & Marion County DPW is issuing an RFQ for a complete lube‑body upfit on a Ford F‑550 service truck. The contract is a term agreement for the supply, installation, testing, training, warranty, and ongoing parts support of a Knapheide KLT‑5084‑F lube body and associated accessories (storage compartments, oil tanks, compressors, lighting, safety equipment, etc.). The vendor must deliver the finished unit to the Indianapolis Fleet Services Facility within 30 calendar days of a valid purchase order, provide all required manuals, two‑year (minimum one‑year) warranty, on‑site training, and be able to support parts within two business days. Pricing must be firm for at least 90 days and include all freight. The City may award the contract to the lowest responsive bidder or split the award, and the agreement may be renewed under the same terms.
