4th MCD Professional Moving Services - Raleigh NC

The United States Marine Corps is seeking a vendor to provide professional moving services for the 4th Marine Corps District (MCD) to relocate their headquarters office from 2300 Rexwoods Drive, Suite 100, Raleigh, NC 27607 to a new office at 4000 Westchase Blvd, FL5, Raleigh, NC 27607. The move is expected to take place from April 20-24, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for disassembling, crating, and packing office furniture, chairs, filing cabinets, shelves, televisions, supplies, and gym equipment, relocating all items to the new location, and reassembling and setting up all items at the new location. The contractor must also provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and ensure that common area walls and lobby floors are protected during the move. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for April 4, 2026, at 1200 Eastern time. Key requirements include: • Disassembling, crating, and packing office furniture, chairs, filing cabinets, shelves, televisions, supplies, and gym equipment • Relocating all items to the new location • Reassembling and setting up all items at the new location • Providing a Certificate of Insurance (COI) • Protecting common area walls and lobby floors during the move • Coordinating with the lessor regarding mover arrival times and blocking parking spaces if needed
