Term Contract for Bartlett Regional Hospital Window Cleaning

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a term contract for annual window cleaning services for the Bartlett Regional Hospital and other medical facilities. The contract will be in effect from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with an automatic annual renewal period for three additional years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment and supplies needed to carry out the window cleaning services. The scope of work includes washing exterior and interior windows, cleaning window frames and sills, and removing any debris or obstacles.
