DSHS - Statewide Multi-Campus Emergency Generator Project - Statewide

The Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is seeking an Architect and/or Engineer for Design Services for the Multi-Campus Emergency Generator Project for DSHS Eastern State Hospital in Medical Lake, WA and the Child Study and Treatment Center in Lakewood, WA. The project includes design and construction administration services for three generators across two campuses. The preliminary Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) for this project is $6,800,000 for Eastern State Hospital and $7,300,000 for the Child Study and Treatment Center. The project aims to enhance the user's environment and improve the use of the campus buildings while meeting the client's long-term commitment to environmental stewardship. • The project involves the installation of new exterior-grade generators at two DSHS campuses. • The project requires design and construction administration services. • The project has a preliminary Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) of $6,800,000 for Eastern State Hospital and $7,300,000 for the Child Study and Treatment Center. • The project aims to enhance the user's environment and improve the use of the campus buildings. • The project requires the selected firm to have experience in innovative design of emergency generators and multi-phased State agency construction.
