Amendment 2 - Window Washing Services at Alexandria, LA VAMC

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking window washing services at the Alexandria VAMC. A site visit is scheduled for June 9th, 2026, at 9:00 am, and attendees should arrive at Parking Lot P and go down the hill to Bldg 136. The purpose of this amendment is to establish a site visit for the Window Cleaning RFQ. • The site visit is mandatory for all offerors interested in participating. • The location of the site visit is 2495 Shreveport Hwy, Pineville LA, 71360. • Mr. Ronald Carnahan is the VA's technical representative for this requirement and will escort attendees. • Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 9A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
