The City of Atlanta is seeking a qualified consulting firm to develop a 15‑year Urban Forest Master Plan (UFMP) that will guide the protection, management, and expansion of the city’s tree canopy to reach a 50 % coverage goal by 2042. The consultant will conduct data assessments, policy reviews, staffing analyses, and extensive community engagement (public meetings, surveys, focus groups, Neighborhood Planning Unit presentations, and a neighborhood‑ambassador program). Deliverables include a comprehensive written plan with goals, policies, benchmarks, funding strategies, implementation timelines, responsible parties, and performance measures, plus progress reports, engagement materials, and final deliverables in both digital and printed formats. The work is expected to start in Spring 2027 and be completed by April 30 2029.

• Deliver a final UFMP report (PDF, editable files, 25 bound copies) and supporting graphics, maps, and infographics.
