The City of Sylvester, GA is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select an aviation consulting firm for a five‑year Master Agreement. The consultant will provide on‑call airport planning and environmental services—including master planning, noise compatibility, environmental assessments, data collection, forecasting, design, land‑use studies, and financial analysis—for the Sylvester Airport Capital Improvement Plan. Work will be task‑order based, covering projects such as apron and runway design, construction, environmental assessments, and related studies listed in the project table. Only firms pre‑qualified with the Georgia DOT in Airport Master Planning (Area Class 1.08) may respond. Submissions must be sealed, mailed or delivered in person by 4 PM on Oct 15, 2026.
