Comprehensive Literacy State Development Grant Support Partners

The State of Wyoming, Department of Education, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive literacy state development grant support partners. The selected vendor will provide targeted leadership coaching and technical expertise to subgrantee schools and districts to strengthen leadership capacity and drive sustainable system improvement. The scope of work includes designing and facilitating differentiated professional development, supporting the development of strong school culture, communication, and community engagement, and guiding leaders in assessment practices and data-informed decision-making. The contract is expected to start in April 2026 and last for 48 months. • The vendor will provide services to support the implementation of the Comprehensive Literacy State Development grant project. • The vendor will work with subgrantee schools and districts to strengthen leadership capacity and drive system improvement. • The vendor will provide professional development and coaching to educators and leaders. • The vendor will support the development of strong school culture, communication, and community engagement. • The vendor will guide leaders in assessment practices and data-informed decision-making.
