AUCTIONEER SERVICES

Knox County is seeking proposals for auctioneer services. The selected auctioneer will be responsible for conducting auctions for tax sale properties and surplus properties. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for an additional four years. The auctioneer will be required to provide a detailed marketing plan, including a demonstration of their ability to market multi-million-dollar properties as well as properties of potential low value.
