Requirement of multidiscipline Architecture & Engineering (ANE) firm to design medical unit facility in an existing space

The U.S. Embassy in New Delhi is seeking a multidiscipline Architecture & Engineering (A&E) firm to provide design services for converting existing office space into a Health Unit facility at the American Embassy Compound, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. The selected firm will study the existing office space and its building systems with the objective of converting the space into a Health Unit. The firm must have expertise in design and develop a comprehensive engineering strategy covering disciplines such as HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing. • The firm will base its design on the approved conceptual layout plan provided with the Statement of Work (SOW). • The firm must submit a completed Standard Form 330 (SF-330), Architect-Engineer Qualifications, by email to [email protected]. • The firm must attach supporting documentation as evidence of the qualifications listed in the SF-330. • The firm must attach resumes of key individuals to the SF-330.
