Description
The City of Lawrenceville is seeking a qualified construction contractor to redesign, reconstruct, and landscape the existing Southlawn Pond. The scope includes demolition of existing storm‑water structures, de‑watering, extensive earthwork, construction of a new outlet control structure, installation of new drainage piping, erosion and sediment control, landscape planting, a chain‑link access gate, electrical work for a decorative fountain, and full restoration of disturbed areas. Work must be performed on weekdays between 8 AM‑5 PM, adhering to GDOT and MUTCD traffic‑control standards, with a total contract period of 90 calendar days. Bids are due by 2 PM on October 1, 2026; a pre‑bid conference is optional on September 15, 2026.
