The University of North Carolina at Greensboro is seeking commercial landlords to lease off‑campus student housing that can accommodate 50‑100 students. The lease must provide net usable square footage, fully furnished bedrooms, kitchens, common areas, utilities, internet, parking, and compliance with ADA and local building codes. Lease term runs from August 1 2027 to July 31 2028 with up to four one‑year renewal options.
