The Massachusetts Department of Public Health seeks to contract with agencies and individual publishers for the supply of books and other educational materials in all formats pertaining to but not restricted to public health. The scope of work includes providing a catalog of available items with prices, offering bulk pricing/discounts, and delivering high-quality products. The contract will have a duration of 5 years with 2 optional renewal periods of 2 years each. The estimated total value of the procurement is $90,000. • The contractor will be required to provide a percentage discount off the current manufacturer’s list price for all products they can supply. • The contractor will be required to provide a catalog of all available items with prices. • The contractor will be required to deliver high-quality products. • The contractor will be required to provide timely delivery and responsiveness to departmental inquiries. • The contractor will be required to provide quality deliverables.
