Aircraft Wash

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide aircraft wash services for the 934th Airlift Wing. The contractor will be responsible for washing C-130H aircraft in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with multiple awards. The contractor must be an authorized, qualified, and certified vendor and must provide written quotes. The Government may award one or more BPAs resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the best value to the government. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the washes. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety. • The contractor must provide a quality control plan within 30 days after award. • The contractor must name a contract manager and alternative within 5 days of award. • The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the BPA, including the payment terms and the requirements for invoicing and payment.
