NEW CURRENT MODEL 60" TAPERED MOLDBOARD CHAIN LIFT SNOWPLOW

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for a new current model 60" tapered moldboard chain lift snowplow. The bid opening date is July 31, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. Mountain Time. Bidders are expected to examine any drawings, specifications, schedules, and instructions included in the bid package. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder making the lowest bid. • The bid must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. • The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The bidder must provide a standard manufacturer's warranty. • The contract may be terminated by the Agency upon 30 days' written notice. • The bidder must keep all documents, data compilations, reports, computer programs, photographs, data, and other work provided to or produced by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract confidential. • The bidder must comply with the Wyoming Ethics and Disclosure Act and any other ethical standards governing the bidder's profession.
