Annual Scale Maintenance for Alachua County

The Alachua County government is seeking a vendor to provide annual scale maintenance services for various locations, including the Alachua County Transfer Station and the Materials Recovery Facility. The selected vendor will be responsible for performing quarterly calibrations and certifications of scales, as well as providing non-emergency and emergency repair services. The contract term is for 3 years, starting on October 1, 2026, and ending on September 30, 2029. • The vendor must have experience in scale maintenance and repair. • The vendor must provide a test vehicle with state-certified test weights. • The vendor must have the necessary insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
