RFQ for Deputy Court Reporting Services

The Texas Office of Court Administration is seeking qualified court reporting services for the Texas Business Court. The selected contractor will provide deputy court reporting services, including attending in-person court sessions, transcribing testimony, and verifying the accuracy of transcripts. The contract term is expected to be one year, with the possibility of renewal for an additional year. The contractor must be a certified shorthand reporter in Texas and have at least two years of experience in providing court reporting services. • The contractor will be required to provide services throughout the Business Court Divisions of Texas. • The contractor must be able to provide accurate transcripts of reported evidence or other proceedings. • The contractor must be able to oversee and maintain logs and file exhibits offered during proceedings. • The contractor must be able to provide realtime services to the court. • The contractor must be able to provide unedited rough drafts to the court at the court’s request.
