REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN AND PARAPROFESSIONAL SERVICES

The North Hanover Township Board of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Paraprofessional (Aide) services to support students with special‑education needs across multiple district schools. The contract will run for an initial 12‑month term starting July 1, 2025, with the possibility of up to three one‑year extensions, for a maximum of five years. Vendors must submit sealed hard‑copy proposals by the May 28, 2025 deadline and will be evaluated on qualifications, staffing consistency, rates, insurance, and compliance with New Jersey affirmative‑action and other statutory requirements. • Provide approximately 3 RBTs (≈35 hrs/week each) and at least 1 Paraprofessional (≈35 hrs/week) at designated school locations, working under the direction of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst. • Staff must hold the BACB RBT certification, meet education/experience thresholds, pass background checks, and be able to deliver ABA‑based interventions and general classroom support. • Vendor must furnish required insurance (minimum $2M general liability, $1M professional liability, $4M umbrella, workers’ comp, etc.), complete numerous compliance certifications (AA, political‑contribution disclosure, Iran/Russia sanctions, ADA), and submit two hard‑copy proposal copies with all mandatory attachments. • Pricing is to be submitted as hourly rates for each service tier; the district will award the contract to the most responsive and responsible bidder meeting all criteria.
