North Valley Complex Lab & Calibration Gases

The State of Oregon, Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Asset Management, Operations & Maintenance Division is seeking a contractor to supply and deliver lab and calibration gases to the North Valley Complex in Wilsonville, Oregon. The contract will be for an initial term of two years, with options to renew for up to ten years. The contractor must provide all necessary components, hardware, and parts for proper assembly, installation, and operation of the gases. The contractor will also be required to maintain a "backup stock" of certain gases at their servicing branch location. Key aspects of the job include: • Supplying lab and calibration gases, including helium, nitrogen, and argon • Delivering gases to the North Valley Complex within seven calendar days of order • Maintaining a "backup stock" of certain gases at the servicing branch location • Providing all necessary components, hardware, and parts for proper assembly, installation, and operation of the gases • Ensuring safety precautions are taken to protect public and private property, including the building structure, lab equipment, occupants, and nearby pedestrians.
