The Victor Valley Transit Authority seeks a design‑build contractor to install a comprehensive hydrogen, methane, and carbon‑monoxide gas‑detection and flame‑detection system at its Maintenance & Fuel Island Facility in Hesperia, CA. The scope includes demolition of existing equipment, installation of detectors, transmitters, controllers, alarms, power supplies, wiring, conduit, gas‑shut‑off valves, and integration with the existing Simplex fire‑alarm panel, plus civil/structural modifications, testing, commissioning, documentation, and training. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and will be performed over a 180‑day period.
