SP23-GYM-N65 Fitness Equipment and Services

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of State Police (MSP) is seeking responses from vendors for the purchase of commercial grade recreational, athletic, and physical fitness equipment, as well as accessories, supplies, repair, maintenance, and other related goods and services. The contract will be for up to 8 years, with an estimated expenditure of $52,000 per year. The MSP is looking for vendors who can provide products and services that meet or exceed the best value requirements. The contract will be open for use by the Department of State Police and other Commonwealth agencies. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing commercial grade physical fitness equipment, accessories, supplies, maintenance, and services • Meeting or exceeding the best value requirements • Complying with the Buy American Act, if applicable • Providing environmentally preferable products and services, if possible • Cooperating with the MSP in the defense of any litigation • Indemnifying and holding harmless the Commonwealth, its agents, officers, and employees
