SP23-EVENT-Q01 Event Services

The Massachusetts State Police is seeking qualified vendors to provide event services such as catering, space rental, hotel room accommodations, equipment rental, and other services not available on a statewide contract. The contract is expected to last for 7 years, with an estimated expenditure of $30,000-$50,000 per year. The vendor will be required to provide services to the Department of State Police and other Executive Branch agencies. The vendor will also be required to cooperate with the Department in the event of termination and provide reasonable efforts to cooperate with the Department in litigation. • The contract will be a rate contract, with the vendor providing services at a fixed rate. • The vendor will be required to provide a prompt payment discount. • The vendor will be required to provide a business reference form. • The vendor will be required to provide a supplier diversity program plan. • The vendor will be required to cooperate with the Department in the event of termination. • The vendor will be required to provide reasonable efforts to cooperate with the Department in litigation.
