The Massachusetts State Police is seeking bids from experienced vendors to provide bicycles, bicycle parts, accessories, and repair services. The contract will allow for the re-order of equipment, purchase of accessories, supplies, repair/replacement parts, equipment upgrades, and other related commodities and/or services. The Department is looking for the "Best Value" response, which is timely, supports the required performance outcomes, and provides the greatest quantity of services at the highest quality. The contract will have an initial duration of 24 months, with three 24-month renewal options, for a total maximum contract duration of 8 years. The estimated expenditure is $4,100 per year over the life of the contract.
