Welding Gases

South Louisiana Community College is soliciting sealed bids for the supply of a wide range of welding and industrial gases (acetylene, propane, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, helium, and mixed gases) as well as cylinder and cradle rentals across multiple campus locations. The contract will be awarded on a term basis, with an initial period of up to 12 months and the option to extend twice for additional 12‑month periods, not exceeding a total of 36 months. Quantities are estimated, and the college reserves the right to adjust amounts at the unit prices submitted. Bids must be received by September 15, 2026 2:00 PM CT, and must include complete pricing that covers transportation prepaid to the delivery sites. The college may award items individually or on an all‑or‑none basis. • Supply of various sizes of acetylene, propane, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, helium, and mixed‑gas cylinders. • Rental of gas cylinders and cradles on a monthly basis. • Delivery to up to ten specified campus locations throughout south‑central Louisiana. • Term contract up to 36 months with two possible 12‑month extensions. • Sealed bid required; bids must be mailed to the Purchasing Department.
