Revaluation of Real Estate

The Town of Berlin is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide revaluation services for all real estate within the corporate limits of the town. The selected firm will be responsible for providing industry-standard or higher quality services while maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness. The scope of services includes revaluation of all taxable, exempt, and public utility real estate, land, buildings, and improvements. The project must be completed using a Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal system, and the selected firm will be required to work with the town's Finance Department. The town is looking for a firm with significant relevant experience and a proven track record of successfully providing similar services to similarly sized municipal governments.
