The City of Alexandria’s Gas Department is soliciting qualified contractors to provide comprehensive natural‑gas pipeline welding services, including new construction, repairs, emergency response, and specialized operations such as hot tapping and custom fabrication. The contractor must be able to mobilize quickly, adhere to API 1104 and 49 CFR Part 192 standards, and submit detailed welding documentation.
