Concessionaire Services for Tulloch Reservoir Public Fishing Access

The County of Tuolumne is seeking a concessionaire to provide long-term operation, management, and maintenance of the Tulloch Reservoir Public Fishing Access project area. The selected concessionaire will be responsible for operating the project area as a coordinated public recreational facility, providing services such as campground and reservation management, marina operations, boat launch and aquatic invasive species prevention, and facility maintenance. The concessionaire will also be expected to implement improvements to the project area during the term of the concession agreement. The proposal should demonstrate the concessionaire's experience, organizational capacity, and operational approach necessary to manage the project area and provide high-quality recreational services to the public. Key services include: • Campground and reservation management • Marina operations • Boat launch and aquatic invasive species prevention • Facility maintenance • Improvement implementation The concessionaire will be required to maintain sufficient operational and financial records to document its performance and compliance with the concession agreement.
