Environmental Statewide Historic Architecture Survey

The South Dakota Department of Military is seeking a consultant to assist the South Dakota Army National Guard in updating their inventory of historic structures and buildings throughout their facilities in South Dakota. The project aims to aid in compliance with the National Historic Preservation Act and will require a thorough understanding of the SDARNG facilities, their history, and their extant resources. The scope of work includes completing SD SHPO forms for age-appropriate resources, updating forms for previously documented resources, and providing a comprehensive inventory of all buildings and structures in the SDARNG's inventory. • The consultant will be required to have experience working with the SD SHPO and their systems. • The consultant will be required to have staff located in South Dakota who can visit each facility. • The consultant will be required to provide a detailed response to each requirement in the RFP. • The consultant will be required to provide a cost proposal that includes all costs related to the provision of the required services.
