The Neshoba County Board of Supervisors is seeking qualified architectural, engineering, planning, strategic‑planning and related professional firms to enter into a Master Professional Services Agreement. The agreement will allow the County to call on the selected firms for individual projects—ranging from building design, renovations, infrastructure planning, capital‑improvement studies, and construction administration—through December 31 2027. No fee proposals are required with the initial RFQ; compensation will be negotiated per project after selection. The solicitation excludes any work funded wholly or partially by federal grants.
• Eligible disciplines: architecture, civil/structural/mechanical/electrical engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, strategic and capital‑improvement planning, and related specialty services.
• Scope includes design, permitting, construction administration, feasibility studies, needs assessments, and project‑specific consulting.
• Selection is qualifications‑based (25 % personnel, 25 % experience, 20 % past performance, 15 % capacity, 10 % approach, 5 % local knowledge).
• Submissions due by 12:00 PM CT, 15 Oct 2026; questions due by 12:00 PM CT, 8 Oct 2026.
• Master Agreement term: execution through 31 Dec 2027 (≈15 months).
• No minimum dollar value of work is guaranteed; individual task orders will be negotiated separately.
