The United States Space Force is issuing a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) to acquire innovative, commercial software and research‑development solutions that improve Space Domain Awareness (SDA) capabilities. The effort is organized into multiple Areas of Interest (AOIs); AOI‑2025_01 (“Advanced SDA Tools for Research and Analytics – ASTRA”) seeks prototypes, models, and analytic tools for managing and exploiting multi‑source space‑sensor data. The solicitation follows a three‑phase process (white‑paper, optional pitch, full proposal) with a maximum 12‑month performance period and is set‑aside 100 % for small businesses. Funding for the first three AOIs totals $1.5 million, with the overall CSO ceiling at $6 million.
