Personnel Relocation BPA

The United States Air Force is seeking a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Personnel Relocation Services. The contractor will be responsible for relocating approximately 3,000 personnel over a 5-year period, with 600 personnel relocated each year. The relocation services may involve moving personnel within their current building or to a different building within the Hanscom AFB Installation, or moving off-base into leased facilities. The contractor must demonstrate an understanding of the Government's requirements and provide a technical approach for completing the relocation efforts. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering factors such as technical capability and price. • The contractor must provide a technical proposal that addresses the Government's minimum performance or capability requirements. • The contractor must complete and provide representations and certifications as required by the solicitation. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to telecommunications equipment and services. • The contractor must provide a completed bid schedule and other required documentation.
