INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: FY26_42 ABW_Printer Lease

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB) in Alabama intends to award a sole source contract to Cartridge Technologies, LLC for the lease and servicing of multifunction copy machines. The contract will be for a period of one year from the date of award. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to continue the lease and provide preventative and remedial maintenance, and all associated consumables for the existing multifunction copy machines. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing reliable and efficient multifunction copy machines to support administrative and operational functions • Continuing the lease of currently installed multifunction printers • Providing all necessary servicing, maintenance, and supplies • Providing preventative and remedial maintenance, and all associated consumables for the existing multifunction copy machines
