Gatesville ISD is seeking qualified contractors to perform a full roof repair on the Intermediate Campus. The scope includes demolition of existing roofing, removal of gravel, installation of 2.2” ISO insulation board, application of a 60‑mil GAF‑TPO membrane (or equivalent), flashing, seam welding, installation of pipe boots, and final clean‑up. The work covers approximately 896.5 sq ft of roof area, including wall transitions and fall‑off. Contractors must provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, disposal, and warranty documentation, and must comply with Texas Ethics Commission filing requirements (Form 1295) and various state certifications. The project budget is listed at $600,000, and proposals are due by 2:30 PM on October 30, 2026. A mandatory pre‑bid meeting will be held on October 20, 2026 at the school site.
