Description
The Washoe Opioid Abatement and Recovery Fund (WOARF) is seeking a qualified evaluation consultant or firm to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the Washoe County CrossRoads programs and services for people who use substances. The evaluation will cover the full project period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028 and is intended to produce a single, integrated set of findings that support program improvement and strategic planning.
The scope of work includes:
• Conducting a one-time, comprehensive evaluation of the CrossRoads programs and services
• Producing a single, integrated set of findings that support program improvement and strategic planning
• Covering the full project period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028
