Renovate Algonquin Dining Hall for Admissions

The work of this single bid project includes the renovation of a vacant dining hall with a commercial kitchen into an Admissions Center for the college. The conversion includes extensive removals and hazardous materials abatement throughout the building. The interior spaces will be extensively reconfigured with new partitions, doors, and windows. Site work includes a new plaza on the northeast side of the building, sidewalks, and a full depth parking lot replacement. Plans will be available after August 31, 2026, through Camelot Print & Copy Centers (518-435-9696 & https://www.camelotprintandcopy.us/ ). A project walk-through has been scheduled for September 10, 2026, at 11:00am, meeting at the SUCF trailer behind the Service Building at 40 Sanborn Ave, Plattsburgh, NY.Please confirm the date/time with the Consultant.
