Description
WSDOT seeks a qualified contractor to de‑commission an existing fuel site at the Maple Falls Maintenance Facility and install a new above‑ground storage tank (AST) on a newly constructed concrete pad. The work includes removal of old infrastructure, delivery and installation of the AST, concrete pad construction, and compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and prevailing‑wage regulations. The contractor must be a licensed Washington General Contractor with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Remove existing fuel‑site equipment and prepare the site for new construction.
• Supply and install an above‑ground storage tank meeting WSDOT specifications.
• Construct a reinforced concrete pad to support the new tank, ensuring proper drainage and compliance with state codes.
• Provide all required documentation (licenses, insurance, performance bond, prevailing‑wage affidavits) and adhere to the mandatory site‑visit schedule.
