Fuel Site Testing, Maintenance and Repair

The City of Sacramento is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive fuel‑site services—including testing, preventive maintenance, emergency repair, inspections, and training—for both above‑ground and underground fuel storage tanks across multiple municipal locations. The contractor must maintain 24 × 7 emergency response capability (≤ 6‑hour response), conduct monthly visual inspections, perform mandated annual testing per state and SMAQMD requirements, and keep detailed records for all activities.
