Construction Services for Well No. 3 at Water Treatment Facility #2 - REBID

The City of Mount Dora is seeking qualified contractors to perform construction services for Well No. 3 at Water Treatment Facility #2. This rebid includes drilling, installation of well components, and related civil works necessary to bring the well into operation for the plant’s water supply. The scope covers provision of equipment, labor, and compliance with environmental permits. • Construction and installation of a new water well (drilling, casing, pump installation). • Coordination with FDEP for permit compliance (see Exhibit D). • Delivery of engineering drawings and specifications (see Exhibit B and Exhibit A). • Required site visit and optional pre‑bid conference on September 10, 2026.
