The work of this single bid project includes multi-trade exterior window, soffits, and interior alteration work. Plans will be available after August 31, 2026, through Avalong Document Services (716-995-7777 & http://avalonbuff-planroom.com ). A project walk-through has been scheduled for September 9, 2026, at 2:00pm, meeting at the Main Lobby of Champlin Hall.Please confirm the date/time with the Consultant.
