APPRAISAL OF REAL PROPERTY

The City of Portland is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams, or consultants with demonstrated experience in real estate appraisal. The successful proposer will provide appraisal services on an as-needed basis to establish the market value of identified parcels. The scope of work includes performing appraisals, considering title defects and environmental conditions, and providing estimates of demolition costs. The city anticipates awarding two on-call services contracts with a maximum contract amount of $50,000 each for a three-year term. • The proposer must be a licensed appraiser in the State of Oregon. • The proposer must have ample experience appraising multifamily, commercial, and land. • The proposer will take into consideration title defects, environmental conditions, and other relevant factors. • The proposer will provide an estimate of the cost to demolish and remove existing improvements. • The proposer will provide values in various forms, including the value of the entire site, land without improvements, and improvements to land.
