RFQ 2026-094 Site Selection USM Field Immersion Course

The University of Southern Maine is seeking a vendor to provide a complete weekend‑site package for its ESP 150 Field Immersion Course. The contract will cover up to three September weekends per year (2026‑2028) and includes lodging, meals, water‑based recreation, parking, instructional space, and related amenities within roughly 25 miles of the Gorham campus. The award will be based on a 100‑point scoring system, with a minimum of 60 points required, and the contract term is five years with an optional five‑year renewal. • Provide a site with accommodations for up to 50 guests (plus up to 15 additional guests for dinner). • Supply meals (breakfasts, lunches, dinners) and a commercial kitchen or catering capability, accommodating dietary restrictions. • Offer water access (≈ 8 canoes, paddles, life vests) and optional lifeguard services, plus parking for up to 10 vehicles. • Include meeting rooms, AV equipment, and optional campfire/cook‑out facilities. • Commit to firm pricing for the entire contract term and comply with the University’s Master Agreement and insurance requirements.
