Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Strategy, Procurement, and Implementation Consulting Services

The Tucson Unified School District is seeking proposals from qualified, independent consulting firms to provide strategic advisory, procurement, and project management services to support the planning, procurement, selection, contracting, implementation, and post-implementation stabilization of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. The selected consultant will serve as the District's independent advisor throughout the project lifecycle, providing objective recommendations and representing the District's interests during planning, procurement, implementation, and project closeout. The scope of work includes conducting a thorough assessment of the District's existing business processes, administrative systems, technology infrastructure, and operational needs, evaluating and recommending the most appropriate ERP procurement strategy, and providing project management oversight, quality assurance, and strategic guidance throughout implementation.
