MXS Wheel and Tire Shop Equipment

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide MXS Wheel and Tire Shop Equipment, including a Dynamic Universal Bead Breaker, Universal Assembly and Disassembly Stand, Clamping Plate with Handgrips & Ejection Plate Set, Wheel Adapter Rings, Double Overhead Beams, Universal Torquing System, Pneumatically Driven Retraction Device, Wheel Lift, Wheel Lift – Overhead Swivel Beam, Wheel Lift – C-Hook Rim Attachment Tool, Wheel Hub Washer, Bearing Washer, Bearing Inspection Station, Automatic Tire Inflator, Safety Inflation Cage, ATI NGtronic, TTS - Pressure reducer, TTS - Wheel Deflator, Freezer, Oven, Manual Hydraulic Press, and Universal Grease Tool. The equipment will be used for the maintenance and repair of aircraft wheels and tires. The contractor must provide all necessary documentation, including instructions and maintenance manuals, and ensure that the equipment meets all specified requirements. • The Dynamic Universal Bead Breaker must have a gentle rotational bead breaking system and meet specific technical requirements. • The Universal Assembly and Disassembly Stand must be fully hydraulically operated and meet specific technical requirements. • The Clamping Plate with Handgrips & Ejection Plate Set must meet specific technical requirements. • The Wheel Adapter Rings must be high-precision and meet specific technical requirements. • The Double Overhead Beams must meet specific technical requirements. • The Universal Torquing System must be a dual-spindle nut runner/setter system with computer-controlled torque. • The Pneumatically Driven Retraction Device must eliminate the need to manually lift or lower the Universal Torquing System. • The Wheel Lift must be electrically powered and meet specific technical requirements. • The Wheel Lift – Overhead Swivel Beam must meet specific technical requirements. • The Wheel Lift – C-Hook Rim Attachment Tool must meet specific technical requirements. • The Wheel Hub Washer must be a robust high-pressure cleaner. • The Bearing Washer must be a high-pressure parts washer. • The Bearing Inspection Station must be used for improved visual inspection of wheel bearings. • The Automatic Tire Inflator must meet specific technical requirements. • The Safety Inflation Cage must meet specific technical requirements. • The ATI NGtronic must meet specific technical requirements. • The TTS - Pressure reducer must meet specific technical requirements. • The TTS - Wheel Deflator must meet specific technical requirements. • The Freezer must meet specific technical requirements. • The Oven must meet specific technical requirements. • The Manual Hydraulic Press must meet specific technical requirements. • The Universal Grease Tool must meet specific technical requirements.
